Program
Kung Fu Fitness training : This program is very simple. You will be learning kung-fu without the fighting. This program is for those who have no interest in learning self-defense, but like the kung fu excises. Kung Fu Fitness students also take belt tests. They will not be evaluated on fighting skills. During fighting drills, Fitness students are assigned exercises to address problem areas. Master Lee will personally provide direction relating to home exercise routine and establishing a life-long & life-altering healthy eating plan.
